When you have an issue your first step is to inform the seller (as instructed to do so by ebay).. not just leave an inaccurate rant of assumptions in feedback. You handled this very poorly And you were refunded anyway.. as you can always feel safe that is the case when someone has been on here 22 years with 100% positive.
