Worked Perfectly - Machine is back to factory condition
This kit worked absolutely perfectly. My X3 had been slowly dropping in performance and it was because each time the lid was lifted and those hoses flexed upwards, it weakened them and began opening the hose wall between ribs. Once I noticed the actual tears in the hoses I began researching a resolution and stumbled across these kits. After installing the kit and tweaking the hose length to ensure a good fit, this thing works like a brand new unit again. Absolutely worth the cost.This kit worked absolutely perfectly. Easy fix of serious problem
My rug doctor lost suction due to tears in the hoses under the hood. My wife found this with a youtube video to show the easy instruction and it was just that easy to install and rug doctor working like it is brand new with best suction in years.

This product is 100 % better than the factory hoses it fit perfect and got rid of the bad design that came with the factory hoses.If I would have found these when I 1st bought the rug doctor I would have switched them out.It is so much easier to fill the machine and get the container out to dump it, Thanks

Great product for converting lousy original breakable hoses to horseless connections. With the help of YouTube tutorial, I got the parts replaced in 5 minutes, even though the tutorial had a little procedural error. The kit was totally worth it.

I received the rug doctor pro x3 from my brother in law. when first using it I noticed the hood was very hard to open and shut on me while trying to remove the waste bin, and both hoses had a slit in them, preventing tight seal,. this causes a lot of water and shampoo to be left in and on the carpets which was NOT acceptable. I thought I was going to have to get rid of the machine as they design was not good. . I found the conversion hose kit and many reviews stating how well they worked for keep a seal and for being able to open the hood without fear of breaking the hoses. I ordered them online and they came within the same week with instructions They were easy to install following the easy simple instructions. The end result fixed the seal AND hood opening issue! Now my Rug Doctor ...
