As can bee seen in the attached pictures, there was NO end cap on the wire spool to keep the wire from slipping off in shipping. This created a real mess and is taking hours of my time to entangle. I contacted the seller and their only response was to ship it back and they would issue a refund. I requested a partial refund of $50.00 to cover my time to fix the problem (untangle the wire and re-spool it.)
