The sector gear arrived sooner than expected. Finally had some nice weather to dismantle the table saw top (4 bolts, and the two Tilt wheel mounting screws). The two old spring pins were easy to tap out with a drift-pin, even after being in place for 30 years. The new sector gear slid right into place. Tapped in the two original pins. Reset the trunion spacing (while it was easily accessible), squared it up to the table slots. Slid the whole saw top back in place into the base case. Works.

Awesome part, fit perfect. This is the second one I ordered, just for a future back up. Because the table saw is better than anything you can buy today. Solid steel and cast. Steel cast. Real metal, not plastic and aluminum. Used in my garage / workshop my grandfather used in the 70's . Would like to get a good throat plate for it , but having a hard time finding it.
