    Not for current MLP lovers

    My daughter is soon to be 4 and just started liking My Little Pony. I ordered this DVD not really knowing any better & it did have decent reviews. Well this has a couple of characters that are popular from the current tv series however it isn't the same. My daughter could tell the difference right away & asked me to please turn it off. The ponies look, act and sound different. I didn't pay a whole lot of attention but what I did see was the opposite of upbeat too as far as the story. No current 2016 fan of MLP will enjoy this DVD - I'm sure of it.

    DVD did not come in a case, but is in good condition.

    I decided to buy the My Little Pony DVD for my daughter. She is old enough to start her own collection of DVD's instead of being limited to BOY DVD's of her older brother's. I thought it was time to get her some "Girly" movies. I have also recently purchased The Little Mermaid and Strawberry Shortcake for her. She loves her movies, but I think ELMO is still #1 in her book...so far. Thanks so much!

    What a great DVD!

    I bought this movie for my 3 yr old daughter, she is so in love with ponies I knew it would be hit. I think she watched it 5 times in a row the first day we got it! It is a very nice movie and it does teach a lesson as well. The animation is great and I love the fact that there are 3 episodes on one disc. We are very happy with it and I would recommend it to anyone with a My Little Pony lover in the house.

    Watchable, Fun, Good for some giggles!

    Very cute. The new generation of fans will definitely enjoy it. A little dissapointing for us "originals". More bubbly than what we're used to, but not quite as ditzy as the current herd on tv now. Still enjoyable!

    Even today in 2007, the 1980's hit toy brand My Little Pony brings smiles to the young and the young at heart. In MLP: A Very Pony place, three new stories are made instead of the typical, one 45-minute story like before. New ponies are introduced as well as some old favorites.
