I didn't like the item exactly. The fabric felt okay, but the color was not as pictured at all. The picture shows an obviously brown color, but the item received was practically black. Got a partial refund, though, so it wasn't all bad. And the seller was very patient with the unfortunately unavoidable delays in my responses, so that's pretty good. If they have a color I wanted then I'd buy from them again.
