Wrong item sent. Not impressed at all with customer service. Communication was poor in the return process. Many opportunities were given to fix it quickly. Did not answer quickly or at all. Asked for a return label so I wouldn’t be paying for the shipping and it took a very long time to receive. I had to go through the resolution process and eBay had to mediate. I ended up running out of ink completely which hurt our business. Do not recommend.
