There was an initial delay with shipping on the Sellers end, but she contacted me when the original delivery date would not be met. She offered a refund or to continue with the sale (which I chose).Then there was a crazy shipping adventure with the USPS (not the Seller's fault), but she investigated on a Sunday and was planning followup with USPS on Monday. That's when the package arrived. Good outcome.
