Item arrived in a timely manner. However, the item that was described as being in perfect working condition did not work when I tested it. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately with a full refund, no questions asked. I am satisfied with the transaction, even though the item didn't work. If other small businesses were to adopt the same customer service tactics, I would imagine that they would do much better in the long run!
