The seller got in touch with me right away and is sending a new hook and a self addressed and stamped envelope so I can send her the damaged hook back. That way she can send it to the manufacturer. She was a joy to visit with! I look forward to many more purchases! (I'm heading over to look at her shop right now! 😁) The hooks are a great price! And exactly what I ordered. So pleased.
