CON Alert: clock arrived damaged, not made of brass, ships-from US, returns-to India. Buyer sends Return Request, seller responds, does not send return label, but says they did, uses original tracking # that came with the package. Buyer can't ship back, return label was never sent. When confronted, seller says very politely:" keep it, we'll send refund soon," sits back, waits, request expires, buyer looses $. DO NOT ship back to India, wait for a return label, or a refund. File a refund claim.
