Item defective upon testing, returning was quite a hassle. Filed a defective item complaint with eBay in which the seller requested a YouTube video of the defective operation. Also sent photos of item with their directions and packaging. Seller then responds directions incorrect even though they provided them. Then they approve the return but I have to pay return shipping and they'll reimburse me. Got eBay customer service manually involved and seller then refunded. Lots of delay tactics!
