I ordered a pair of earrings. They did not hang right on my ears so I wanted to return them. The seller requested I not return them but instead offered to send me another pair of earrings of equal value if I would close out the account. After many emails, the seller promised to send the earrings I had selected. It is now over 30 days and I have not seen the replacement pair. I cannot get my money back (which is what I really wanted to do in the first place). These folks are frauds.
