After the offer was accepted, it took 2 days to create a shipping label only after I asked where it was. I’m convinced they never took it to the post office to drop off, tracking never updated. They blamed it on the post office. After a week, they cancelled the order and refunded me fully but only when I told them I wanted a full refund if it didn’t arrive on time. Conveniently, the clubs still never showed up even though they “shipped” them out
