    You purchased this item after business hours on a Friday (2/16). The weekend (2/17 & 2/18 ) are non business days. Monday, the 19th was a Federal holiday and the post office was closed. I took 2 days to "handle" the item -- the 20th and the 21st (within my 3 business day shipping policy). The item was in the possession of the USPS on Feb 21. The tracking history is available on the USPS site. Any issue you might have with the speed of the delivery is an issue with USPS service.
