I was originally disappointed that the spoiler came with a crack. However, the seller was very quick to respond and offered a couple of different solutions to resolve the problem. Shipping from China was fast and came via FedEx. Product is real carbon fiber but does not come with mounting tape or adhesion promoter. I would do business with them again because of the stellar customer service.
