The SAS9305-24i has arrived with very poorly installed heat sink and it kept crashing from overheating within seconds or minutes after start. After reconnecting the heat sink with a proper thermal paste and adding thermal pads to some component, everything started to work just fine. The quality obviously has problems but fortunately it was fixable.
It is a very bad idea to have one listing for completely different items.

We had some minor issues with shipping. However, the seller quickly moved to solve those. These might have not occurred if the seller had all the information before dispatching the item.
Overall, the caddies arrived in good condition and as described. The seller might have been more cautious with packaging. In my case there was no damage but the caddies were closely packed in box (fine) but with no bubble wrap or other protective material.
The seller is responsive and I'd revisit.
