bought for my 23 Low Rider ST. took about 75 mins to install, from unpacking to finish. all the supplied bolts were correct. I had a little trouble lining up the last bolt and had to put them all in loosely, the tighten them up sequentially. its not the prettiest, but it is great for my 6'00" legs, and which do NOT hit the stock air filter.

Seems to be a well made and almost OEM quality fender. Install is easy and quick with mounting hardware that match up and color match(black). Packaged very well for rough delivery because fragile is just a French word meaning ignore me to all delivery workers. Looks great and I'll update after a good amount of miles on it. Recommend these sellers for good product, well packaged for shipping and responded very quick to questions. Probably don't have to pay 5.99 as not any quicker. Imho.
