The item (dummy load) was well packaged and appears fine. The only problem was a very long shipping time (52 days). The item eventually came from an Australian address (VIC) so I am guessing it was lost during delivery. This is not the fault of the supplier. The supplier kept in contact while we tried to find the missing item, and offered a refund. The refund did not arrive, but soon afterwards, the item was delivered to me.
