Received the order in a timely manner. The board itself was not functional. There was a component missing from the board. I notified the seller and was offered that they sen a replacement. I agreed with the proposal on the condition that the board be tested for proper functionality prior to being sent to me. The seller agreed. I am waiting, now, for the fully tested replacement .
