    Great cleaner that is easy to use and easy to clean!

    Best carpet cleaner I have ever had! Works really well cleaning and removing the water from the carpet. I am really pleased with the results. I love that the cleaner automatically mixes the solution and water. I also love how easy it is to clean the machine. It is the first machine I have had where the whole lid comes off the waste water tank so it can be hosed out and the clear housing where the waste water is sucked in comes off the front so it can be easily cleaned. The brush rollers pop out so they can also be cleaned and the rest of the unit wiped down for the next time. It takes just a few minutes but keeping the machine clean eliminates the gunk that collects bacteria in other machines and should extend the life of this one.

    Just what I was hoping it would be!

    I did some research before deciding on the Hoover and the features that interested me were: 1) I didn't have to use a trigger - the machine takes care of the amount of water and cleanser to apply, and 2) the dry only button made it almost impossible to over-soak the rugs. It's also very easy to clean the unit once you're done. It truly is as easy as vacuuming. I"m very satisfied with my purchase.

    Great cleaner and easy to clean !

    Absolutely love this machine! Amazing amounts of hair pulled out of carpets! Machine is easy to use and even easier to clean out -great product! So glad I did my research before buying the Bissell Tip: I ran over an area carpet with just dry mode after washing it -pulled out another half bin of dirty water doing this and left the carpet almost dry!

    Easy to clean, lightweight, and easy to remove part to be washed

    It is an excellent carpet cleaner. Easy to clean and handle. I had an old Hoover version (for almost 10 years or more). No bad too, but this one deserve the 5 starts. I will recommend this Hoover Smartwash for the parents of furry four-legged children ;)

    a good lightweight cleaner

    this replaces an older hoover carpet cleaner with rotary brushes. this replacement unit is lighter and easier to use. cleanup of machine is much improved. the extra dry feature helps to remove most of the moisture from the carpet. using plain water to rinse also improves and removes the cleaning solution helps to not attract dirt, and a surprise of how dirty the rinse water is which improves the cleaning of the carpet.
