I was very pleased to give this a five-star for transaction/experience; could not answer one of my questions however the description left me with the impression that the Dual deck recorder was in better shape than a couple I had bought before from another vendor and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition; the package was shipped very quickly was very well packaged for rough handling as the outside box showed the Box took one hell of a beating; very pleased overall.

Sadly, the item was missing the manual and had damage to the case, but the seller was very respectable and responsive to my refund request.
