In addition, they never tried to contact me about the issue. Fast forward an hour, the item I purchased on 3/2 was re-listed under a different listing for nearly double the price.

    There’s better

    This is an older model. Not blue tooth so you need a USB cord. There are lower priced, new products that are easier to use. HP doesn’t even list this model on their website when you go to set it up.
