Item was new as described, but the case was absolutely smashed, creased,& twisted from the shipping. (This was a CD/DVD in a soft, folded case, shipped in a bubble mailer.) Simply using a small box would have prevented the damage. I feel that bubble mailers are insufficient packaging for any disk, let alone one in a soft case. I prefer undamaged items to free shipping. The price was decent & the disks work. If ordering from this seller, I recommend inquiring about packaging before purchasing.
