The seller gave an accurate description because they mentioned the hubcap had broken tabs.
The seller was wrong when they said it would still hold onto the wheel. I put ther hubcap on and it comes off with no force because of the broken tabs.

It would have been nice for the buyer to have reached out to me if not satisfied. I have always worked with buyers if not satisfied. Out of thousands of transactions, the only 2 negative feedbacks I have ever received came without the buyers contacting me. Perhaps the buyer further damaged the hubcap at install which is why they left negative feedback without contacting me first.
