    Box had some damage on arrival, but item appeared to be okay. Once installed, it was clear that there was also some minor damage to the light shade. Reached out to seller to request options for resolution. No response after 5 days. Probably should have been more cautious since the entire item/box wasn't included in the picture. Would not purchase from this seller again.

    I cannot help the box got damaged in shipping. There is full insurance on the package that would have covered this problem. Also offered a partial refund after he asked for it.
