    Glad I bought it

    First DVD I had bought on Tai Chi. Very simple instructions and Scott had a lady joining him doing the same exercise except it was for beginners. Very relaxing and enjoyed the benefits of stretching. Wish it had more different exercises, but you can buy more Dvd's.

    Scott Cole: Discover Tai Chi for Beginners

    My husband and I have used it twice this week since I got it in the mail and both of us liked it. Easy to follow instructions and we can both feel it working those problem areas that need great improvement from surgery(me) and severe injury(him). Highly recommend it. :)

    good video, cheerful instructor

    quite good, easy to follow except when camera shifts around the instructor and it becomes a little confusing (wait, do I move my right or left arm???) Will probably use occasionaly for variety, but is not my #1 favorite. Cheerful instructor.
