Item is in good shape except one of the zippers is broken. The price was good and the other zipper on the same compartment works fine, so it doesn’t affect the functionality of the backpack. For that reason I didn’t reach out to the seller about it. But I do think it would have been better if the seller had included any notation about that in the listing description.
