I believe you have confused purchases you have made. This transaction (according to the packing slip) was made on February 18.(a Sunday). The following day was a federal holiday in which the post offices were closed. Your item was mailed out today. Which was the first day after your purchase that it could be mailed. Once you receive the model, you will see that the item is new and still in its original packaging, and has never been opened.
