I would say I’m pleased with this seller. Everything looks as pictured and the controller I ordered arrived on time.
My only complaint would be that it was slightly hard to get the controller out of the box. It was so well packed and covered in tape, that it led me to use a small knife to get the controller out of the box. (Which resulted in me slightly scratching the controller). I blame myself for that mistake, I’m just sharing my personal experience.

Sorry about overpacking the item, I know these are expensive controllers. I did not want anything to get damaged in shipping and I used the smallest box possible to ship it securely and keep the shipping price as cheap as possible. Im glad the product made it to you with no issues.
