Seller sent these items with the metal clips contacting the leather (all wrapped in bubble wrap, but no box). The item(s) were dented and do not represent the pictures. When asked about this, the seller did not wish to compromise and said they are used parts. I also specifically said to take care when packaging and the seller said they would...then later said they already shipped it. I think this is first time I have had to make a negative review about a seller (ebay user for decades).
