    Dr. Dooom

    This is one of the better albums in Kool Keith's catalog. One of his best alter ego's among many too. It contains a lot of low end bass and strange effects. It is remniscent of Dr. Octagon, but it has more of a Kool Keith/Kutmasta Kurt feel rather than the Automator. As expected, the few samples contained are extracted from dialogue rather than music itself. The lyrical content is signature Kool Keith through and through with the references getting more and more abstract. A must-have for any Kool Keith fan who likes Black Elvis, Dr. Octagon, Sex Style, or Spankmaster.

    Parental Advisory

    Pretty good CD. I wouldn't give it 5 stars, more like 3.5 (although that's not an ebay option.) Another rapper spending more than 1/2 the cd telling everyone how he's the best, but every other song has a guest. If you're the best, why so many guests?? Kool Keith is on one track, and he's always good. Some funny tracks make it better than your average gangsta rap - Housing Authority, You live at home with your mom, and Welfare Love. All in all, I think Dr. Octagon was a little better.
