Bad experience! Because, I am very familiar with this cosmetic product, I immediately suspected that it went bad. Indeed, going to the manufacturer website and putting the lot number I found out that it was three years past the expiration date! I have contacted the seller for a refund, but at first I was only offered the refund for the price of the item not even including shipping fees and taxes. Only, when I complained again, the seller agreed to provide the full refund.
