I bought an item from the seller. Initially, the service was very fast and very good. However, when the item arrived I was disappointed to see that it was the wrong item and not as advertised! I tried making contact on three different occasions with the seller (with a few days in between each time to give them time to reply) and the seller never got back to me. Unfortunately, I will have to open a refund case through eBay.

We told the buyer to do a return through ebay. This was an international order and ebay has a different return process. This buyer did receive a full refund and so this feedback should be removed being issue was resolved.
