    Do not buy unless you read standard notation

    Very good but 2/3 of the book assume that you can read standard notation. Not an issue if you’re one of the 5% of guitarists who do, and all praise to this who can, but this is a gem lost to most modern guitarists.

    It's a good book to have when learning guitar, but this book is better suited not for a novice but rather an intermediate to guitar.
