Super fast shipping. Unfortunately the item said it was new and still sealed, and the pictures showed the original plastic still attached to the remote. However the remote I received did not have that original plastic still attached so there was now way of knowing if this was indeed new or used. Item did still work and was well packaged, and for the price I would have accepted a gently used item so overall still a positive transaction, but you may want to make sure descriptions are accurate.

Sadly I can't recommend this seller. The device was incorrectly described as 2017, but it was actually a 2014 model. Attempts to contact have gone unanswered till this very day. Thankfully Ebay was able to step in and resolve everything, but the stress of returning this device and getting my money back could've easily been avoided. The device itself was in okay condition and delivered on time, but the inability to respond to a simple message makes this a no go for me.
