I collected the item on december, 26th. Item was brand new, "sealed", well wrapped and packed. Alas, I messed up with the measurements from description, so picked and ordered the wrong size, one size larger than mine, but it was my mistake. Fortunately, seller allows for returns, which I did and she fully refunded me (except for the return costs, which is current rule and we're warned about it beforewards) . Fabric and texture are stiffer than I expected. Recommended seller, nonetheless. A+++++
