    Hi, testers do not come with a seal or regular packaging. We are a reputable long-time eBay seller so please be rest assured that we do not sell used items. You mentioned "looks half-used", please kindly send us a photo and we will investigate. Also just as an FYI, water based products such as skincare or foundation can shift during shipment, therefore alot skincare or makeup items can have an uneven appearance when you first open the bottle or jar.
