What a great guy! Had several conversations with him about details of this lamp, and he was more than helpful and quick to respond, AND he was very knowledgeable about this item. It shipped fast and arrived safe and sound, and the packaging was ultra professional. I highly recommend this seller for all these reasons. A most rewarding shopping experience!!

  • good but not concrete

I was recomended this book, like one of the best books about the Six Sigma method, now that i'm more advanced in reading it i can say that it is good material, but from 350 pg i would cut all the "filling" and make it a 100 pg book.

  • Exellent buy!

Easy to read and the book has been an excellent buy. The purchase was made for a class I was taking.
