Signature confirmation is $3.75 alone not including shipping charges for location. USPS ALWAYS HAS HOLIDAY delays especially in December. IF YOU NEEDED EXPEDIENT SHIPMENT YOU COULD OF PAID FOR IT INSTEAD YOU CHOSE PRIORITY MAIL.
