Then they sent the replacement and that took another two weeks. Since they messed up the problem, they should have offered faster shipping or something. Customer service was ok, just slow.

The seller approached me with a very slight discount and I countered with something a bit substantial. But was met with the same $1.99 off initial offer. I took it, but I am not sure that I will be a repeat customer.
