    A handbook to live by!

    I have spent months researching Intestinal yeast overgrowth as all symptoms of mine point to that, but I wasn't able to get any plain and simple answers as to what I can and cannot eat. I was given a website which recommended this book. I read through it and I still refer to it quite frequently if I'm unsure as to whether I can eat something or not. Very helpful!

    This is a good read!!! Everyone should read this book for better health. If you have any health problems, you should get it and see if it can help. This book has alot of info. From how Yeast makes people sick to getting better. From Support Groups to recipes to sooo much more.

    Real good book helped me understand what I am dealing with! When you have Candida it cause things in your life you may not know. This book puts it all together for you.
