Hlo! Got another negative feedback. let's talk about what is the Matter. Buyer Bought item on 08March and Received on 22march. she is UK Base customer. i have 5 members Team who check every items before shipping.
Buyer said there is a missing pearl on necklaces and she also sent me photo. there was only 1 pearl missing on necklaces. i also replied her after received her message. i requested her to fix 1 pearls with necklaces. she only replied me two times and this is not defective or damage.
