Item advertised as NEW, yet it was clearly an open box repacked item when received. Additionally it did seem as if the coffeemaker had been used (at least lightly) with visible surface scratches and remants of coffee grounds. These units get tested at the manufacturer, yet the coffee residue seemed a bit more. Listed as returnable w/in 30 days, yet received message Seller does not accept returns . Currently negotiating with Seller via Ebay and I may have to pay US$150 to ship back.
