    You can tell a great seller by how they handle problems, and this seller was great here. Item was not exactly as described, but I don't think that is the fault of the seller. The web interface showed different model, MAC, and serial than the outside of the case, which is a problem because CM8200 is a Cox provided version of the SB8200, and can't be activated by anyone using Cox who is not the original recipient. Couldn't get working with Cox support but seller took return and paid shipping.
