Boosted energy level
Since I am sensitive to Calcium products, that typically give me G.I. problems, so was a bit hesitant to try this, but have had no problems at all. It combines Calcium, B vitamins, C, Zinc, electrolytes and other minerals, and it seems to really boost my energy level. It has been well documented, in a number of studies that Zinc will ward off colds, and I actually began taking this along with Zicam when I recently had a cold and it was gone in less than a week. I would recommend this product. I like the fact that it dissolves in water, so is easy to take. There is a hint of "vitamin-y" smell and taste but the raspberry flavor masks it pretty well. SHAME ON YOU ALECER
I have bought this product many times over the years which is why I felt no need to review its ingredients. I was horrified after drinking one the other nite to see the calorie count went up to 35 per packet, and I knew even before looking they must have changed the ingredients and not for the better. I was right, in addition to being such solely fructose based, the first ingredient now is dried caned sugar followed by the fructose, hence the increase of 10 calories per packet and now making it sugary sweet and not suitable for diabetes. Too late, I blew over $ 25 so will just use them up, but won't make that mistake again. Great immune booster
When my family is feeling not so great, Imgive them this in water. When they are actually sick with the cold or flu, I give it to them 2X/day with one crushed garlic clove. Havenot needed a doctor for the past 3 years concerning common cold or flu.

I Like the idea of opening the Emergen-C packet mixing it with water and drinking it in the early am for a boost!
