Arrived safely despite being shipped in a light-weight cardboard box. Seller transferred possession to the USPS the very NEXT DAY after I paid. Other sellers tend to make a shipping label within a day or so and then wait two to five days before transferring possession to the shipping entity. But this WAS NOT the case with this excellent eBay seller!
I found I had to place the photovoltaic plates in direct sunlight for three days before maximum LED brightness was achieved.
