The pitcher arrived broken even though it was packed well by the seller but not well enough to stop the lid from breaking into 7 pcs. Seller did direct me to solving the issue with Ebay Shipping International as it should be insured. Ebay will not let me contact them because I have not waited 3 days. Automated agent is a terrible system. At least the seller responded quickly to help me.

Item was double boxed and bubble wrapped. It was hipped overseas by eBay International shipping and DHL was to blame for the damages. Out of our hands.
