    Research backs it up and so do I.

    I find it to be very sweet but when it comes to health.... I like the liquid better than the chewables. It can't hurt to be safe and keep the body healthy. So far, so good. I hope to reap the benefits of being healthy with an all natural product instead of stuff from the cold and flu isle in a store. It has no side affects and you can not overdose on it. It also won't interfere with any meds like grapefruit can. I have made it thru the worst of winter and have not been sick. Product must be working.

    Best Winter Cold Protection in a bottle next to the old fashion cough medicines (that don't taste as good).

    I love this product! If I take it at the first sign of a chest cold or head cold with Vitamin C, I will get well within a day or two. If it cost less I would give it five stars.
