I have reached out to the seller twice but have received no response,so I am proceeding with this review. I gave one star for condition description based on the condition in which it arrived. The item arrived completely shattered into many, many pieces due to complete lack of care in packaging by the seller. Neither the flimsy box nor the internal packaging had any chance of protecting this 9-pound ceramic item in transit. Nothing but silence from this seller.
